Vendor Membership Subscriptions

At present, tallo only offers a free vendor membership plan. No paid subscriptions are available at this time.

Payments Held

In a project where tallo handles the payments, deposit (if required by the vendor) is held securely by tallo, until the project is completed OR until the client voluntarily requests us to release the payment to the vendor. When releasing a deposit payment prior to project completion, a warning is prompted to the client. A released payment is indisputable. 

If a project is disputed where the vendor has failed to deliver the service(s) according to the estimate accepted by the client, AND if the client had not approved a revised deadline via chat, client may request to cancel the project. In such a case, any payments held will be refunded to the client, and the project shall be cancelled.
